Ambilio Technologies Pvt. Ltd. provides enterprise AI consulting, capability-building programs, AI products (including Incubity, AI Shift, Agentic Simulation Sandbox, and related tools), and related professional services. The scope of services is defined in individual engagement agreements or product terms where applicable.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for business and professional use. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of your organization where applicable.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, products, methodologies, frameworks, and materials provided by Ambilio — including but not limited to software, training content, assessments, and proprietary frameworks — remain the intellectual property of Ambilio Technologies Pvt. Ltd. unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

5. Client Data & Confidentiality

Ambilio treats client data as confidential. Data ownership remains with the client, subject to contractual terms. We do not sell, rent, or share client data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data handling obligations are further governed by our Privacy Policy and any applicable data processing agreements.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, unlawful, or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Use our platforms for purposes other than legitimate business use

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ambilio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

AI-generated outputs are advisory in nature and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before acting on them.

9. Third-Party Services

Our platforms may integrate with or link to third-party services. Ambilio is not responsible for the content, practices, or terms of any third-party services. Use of such services is at your own risk.

10. Modifications

Ambilio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

12. Termination

Ambilio reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other business reason.
