The organization had received a clear mandate from global leadership: AI capability needed to be deployed at scale, across the entire workforce, within a defined timeline. The challenge wasn't willingness — it was structure. There was no existing AI literacy baseline, no role-specific learning infrastructure, and no internal capacity to sustain ongoing capability development.
Generic LMS-based training had been tried and hadn't worked. Leadership needed something built specifically for their workforce — tuned to their workflows, their operational language, and their performance metrics.
